This development involved the extension of an existing public house in Whitechapel, to create five residential apartments. 
In addition to the residential units, the existing pub was extended, refurbished and fitted out to be reopened by the owners. 
An additional two storeys and rear extension were added to the existing building to create the new apartments. this included extensive structural alterations, repairs, underpinning and new steelwork. The existing London Stock walls were extended by a storey, with a metal clad box added to the third floor. 
The existing pub was refurbished, with many original period features unearthed and reused, to recreate an authentic and traditional east end pub
The works were carried out over a 15 month period completing Sep 2024.
